About the Role
As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of School Crossing Guards, ensuring they are present at their assignments before and after school. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to job site needs. This position is seasonal and part-time, following the school calendar.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Able to lift/transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Basic computer skills.
Benefits
- Compensation of $21.50 per hour, working 4.5 hours a day on school days only.
