As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan, conducting in-person demos, and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients. You will also manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM and report on territory performance while collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in aggregates, ready mix, asphalt, concrete, precast, or broader construction industry.
- Strong hunter mentality with the discipline to follow structured sales processes.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Benefits
- Base salary of $75,000 annually.
- Monthly activity bonus of $750, with 100% of ASMs historically earning this.
- Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $2,800 to $28,000 based on customer acquisition.
- First-year total compensation ranging from $95,200 for low performers to $196,000+ for high performers.
- Annual salary reset to include previous year's total earnings.
