About You
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum 8 years of operational experience as an APY-9 Radar Operator, Mission Commander, ICICO, or Weapons and Tactics Instructor.
- Minimum 1 year of instructor experience in a Navy training environment.
- Qualification as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) or Master/Afloat Training Specialist.
- Experience with CSCS, TACTRAGRU, or ATG training pipelines.
- Familiarity with simulation and training systems for advanced CIC and radar operations.
