About the Role
As an Applications Leader, you will lead the development of new and modified additives for personal care applications, engage with commercial teams and customers, and contribute to cross-functional project teams. You will also assist in developing intellectual property and translate customer requirements into technical work plans.
About You
Required:
- MS in chemical engineering, colloid and surface science, polymer science, chemistry, material science or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience developing new products in personal care technology and applications.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. in chemical engineering, colloid and surface science, polymer science, chemistry, material science.
- 10 years of experience developing new products in personal care technology and applications.
