About the Role
As the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will oversee apartment turns, manage inventory, ensure pool safety, and coordinate maintenance workflows. Additionally, you will assist in hiring and onboarding new staff while controlling the maintenance budget and building rapport with residents.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance.
- CPO certification required.
- CFC Type I & II required.
- Experience in Class A multifamily buildings.
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Universal CFC certification.
- Experience with Yardi and Leonardo.
