As an Apartment Locator, you will follow up on leads provided by UMoveFree, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, build relationships with property managers, and stay updated on market trends. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that renters find apartments that meet their needs and budget.
About You
Required:
- Texas Real Estate License
- 1 year or more of consecutive Apartment Locating experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM systems
