You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the platform meets their needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Healthcare, or Data Analytics.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

- Familiarity with customer experience management platforms.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
