About the Role
As an Analyst/Associate in Structured Product Valuation, you will evaluate valuations for Mortgage-backed securities, Asset-backed securities, Structured Products, CLOs, and Corporate credit. Your responsibilities will include gathering trading prices, developing an understanding of deal structures, selecting appropriate prepayment and default scenarios, discussing assumptions with clients, and organizing market data for bond valuation work.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, with a strong preference for VBA and other automation skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
Preferred:
- Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in Fixed Income securities.
- Some experience with Bloomberg.
- Ability to understand a financial offering circular and trustee report.
