Summary
AdventHealth is seeking BE/BC Family Practitioners to join their growing GME Program in Wesley Chapel, FLORIDA. The role involves prioritizing quality of care, patient experience, collaboration, and teaching within a new residency program starting in 2024.
About the Role
As a GME Faculty member, you will supervise residents in both outpatient and inpatient settings, manage a split schedule that includes personal clinic and administrative time, and collaborate with a dedicated team of Core Faculty providers. You will be responsible for creating an educational environment that meets ACGME competency requirements.
About You
Required:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or related field.
- One year post-residency experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome.
Preferred:
- Passion for teaching and commitment to quality patient care.
- Experience in residency program administration.
