About the Role
As an AI Architect, Lead, you will architect scalable, secure, high-performance AI solutions, integrating generative AI to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows. You will work on complex modeling challenges in the defense sector, mentor talent, and shape strategic initiatives in AI for national defense.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in data or solution architecture or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with production AI or ML systems.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
- Experience in feature engineering, model training, and monitoring frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps and DSOP best practices.
- Knowledge of DoD AI Ethical Principles.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Experience with relevant programming languages such as C++, Java, GO, or Python.
- Experience in large dataset management, data lakes, and analysis.
- Experience leading programs or technical activities.
- Experience with responsible AI and model bias mitigation.
- Experience mentoring junior data scientists.
- Master's degree.
