About the Role
As an After School Program Staff member, you will be responsible for implementing the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities, as well as assisting with homework completion. You will act as a positive role model for children, communicate with parents via the Playground App, and ensure compliance with state guidelines and program policies.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Medical clearance to perform job duties.
