About the Role
As an After School Enrichment Specialist, you will work with campus principals and the After School Coordinator to enhance after school programs. Your responsibilities include implementing behavior management systems, providing enrichment and recreation leadership, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will also track data for reporting and maintain cooperative relationships with students and families.
About You
Required:
- Current college enrollment with up to 15 college hours or professional certification in the subject you will teach.
- Experience working with youth in a formal or informal setting.
- Experience working in a classroom or school setting.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior.
- Ability to adjust and adapt to various situations in the school environment.
