- Bachelor's degree in psychology, mental health counseling, human services, social work, recreational therapy, rehabilitation counseling, or related mental health field.
- Four years of experience facilitating veteran-focused mental health programming or case management.
- Master's degree in psychology, mental health counseling, human services, social work, or related mental health field.
- Three years of experience working with brain injuries or mental health case management.

Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) began in 2003 as a grassroots effort to provide care and comfort items to the hospital bedsides of wounded service members returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. More than two decades later, Wounded Warrior Project is the nation's leading veteran service organization, focused on the total well-being of post-9/11 wounded, ill, or injured veterans.
