Intralox is seeking an Advanced Product Quality Engineer to join their team in Baltimore, MD. The role involves managing quality risks, developing quality control plans, and participating in product quality assessments.
About the Role
As an Advanced Product Quality Engineer, you will review ideation phase process documents, manage quality risks with the project core team, and complete quality deliverables during various project phases. You will participate in DFMEA and PFMEA activities, develop production quality control plans, and validate inspection methods. Your role will also include collaborating with supplier quality teams and participating in change review boards to assess engineering changes.
About You
Required:
- 5 years experience in Quality, Product Engineering, or other related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.
- Proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred:
- 5 years of Material Handling/Conveyor Industry Experience.
