About You
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Diseases.
- Completion of an ABIM-accredited Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship.
- Proven experience with temporary mechanical circulatory support devices.
- Expertise in peri- and post-operative care of durable VAD and heart transplant patients.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and mentoring.
- Prior academic experience.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to program growth.
- Ability to obtain full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
- Must obtain Arizona State medical licensure before starting.
