About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant III, you will respond promptly to work requests from senior leaders, manage complex meeting logistics, assist with overflow work, prepare advanced presentations, and maintain internal resources. You will also coordinate travel arrangements, manage expense reports, and act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- High School degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in managing confidential matters.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
