About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with a team of fellow administrators to provide solutions that will directly improve the flow of work for business operations. Your key responsibilities will include supporting management, writing routine reports, making photocopies, sorting and filing documents, and preparing documents using Microsoft Office applications.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptable to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- One to two years related experience.
- Healthcare industry knowledge.
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $18/hr plus signing bonus.
