About the Role
As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of activities that cater to the physical, social, recreational, intellectual, and creative needs of the residents. You will lead activities, develop a monthly activity calendar, and ensure participation from residents. Additionally, you will manage the activity program within budget guidelines and coordinate with kitchen staff for food needs during events.
About You
Required:
- High-school diploma or GED required.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation or other health care related field.
- Certification in Assisted Living Activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
