About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for obtaining vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, changing bed linens, ensuring adequate nutrition, facilitating ambulation and transfers, providing incidental household services, and reminding clients about medications. You will also follow the Plan of Care, document patient conditions, communicate with clients and families, and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in caregiving.
