Terros Health is seeking an ACT Counselor to join their interdisciplinary clinical team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves providing community-based treatment for individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health under Court Ordered Treatment.
About the Role
As an ACT Counselor, you will develop program activities, facilitate teamwork for outpatient services, conduct individual and group treatment sessions, and assess client needs. You will utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques, provide crisis intervention, and work closely with families and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
About You
Required:
- Licensed clinician with expertise in substance abuse treatment.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience in community-based services and treatment planning.
