About the Role
As an Acoustics Engineer, you will lead detailed acoustic analyses, develop innovative noise mitigation strategies, perform acoustic measurements and simulations, and collaborate with project teams to integrate acoustic solutions. You will also manage multiple projects, conduct site visits, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with acoustics-related regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Acoustics, Architectural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 8+ years of professional acoustics consulting experience with a strong portfolio of land development projects.
- Proven expertise in acoustic modeling and simulation software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or equivalent tools.
- Deep understanding of noise control, vibration isolation, and soundproofing techniques.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex acoustic concepts clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing project deliverables and client relationships in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient with sound and vibration measurement equipment and field data collection.
