As an Accounts Receivable Follow Up Manager, you will be responsible for supervising billing office staff, resolving billing issues with clinics, monitoring accounts receivable balances, and ensuring high productivity among the team. You will also assist in recruiting, hiring, and training clerical staff, as well as reviewing time records for billing personnel.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of administrative experience preferably in a multi-physician specialty office, including 2 - 3 years of management experience in health care.
- Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with coursework in health care administration.
- Good computer skills using a medical management application.
