SeAH Superalloy Technologies is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team in Temple, Texas. The role involves supporting financial operations, managing AR/AP transactions, and optimizing the new ERP system.
About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions, performing month-end close activities, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting in ERP system implementation, developing financial models, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with ERP implementation is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Master’s degree or CPA.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and user training during ERP rollouts.
Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
Experience working in continuous improvement and Six Sigma environments.
