About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Your role will also include communicating proactively with clients, developing internal accounting systems, and utilizing modern accounting software to streamline processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong delegation skills and ability to prioritize and assign work effectively.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software platforms.
Preferred:
- CPA designation (preferred but not required).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Keeper, Caseware, SafeSend, Monday.com, and Harvest.
