About You
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Two to five years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance.
- Strong technical skills and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- CPA and/or MBA.
- Experience with operational due diligence for complex transactions.
- Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.
