About the Role
As an Account Specialist II, you will assist Account Executives and Associate Account Executives on assigned accounts, manage client-facing processes, and ensure timely communication between clients and the account team. Your responsibilities will include submission assembly, maintaining client open items, drafting stewardship reports, leading the renewal process, and serving as the primary contact for client service activities.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of previous commercial insurance experience.
- Ability to maintain effective and positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Preferred:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or to be acquired within 120 days of start date.
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
