About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals. Your tasks will include managing day-to-day campaign execution, providing performance reporting, and analyzing data to optimize strategies. You will also focus on revenue growth by identifying opportunities to scale client accounts and enhancing the onboarding experience for new clients.
About You
Required:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record in day-to-day client management with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to leverage data for business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
- 3+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience focused on performance marketing.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with tracking platforms/reporting tools like Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker.
- Experience in strategic partnership development and industry expertise in digital marketing trends.
