About the Role
As an Account Executive at Tava Health, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting HR and benefits leaders at companies seeking better mental health solutions. You will build strong relationships with benefits brokers, develop a deep understanding of Tava's in-network model, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey while consistently meeting sales targets.
About You
Required:
2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tech stack.
Self-motivated, organized, and energized by a mission-driven team.
