About the Role
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage in outside sales, focusing on the sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs. You will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure Elara Caring remains a top provider of care in the community.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
- Proven sales acumen with proven results.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of referral sources and decision makers.
- Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
- High confidence level to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
- Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate with others.
