Paladin is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Houston, TX (Hybrid/Remote). The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships to implement drone technology solutions.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety and security. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, manage client relationships, and become a subject matter expert on Paladin's drone technology. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools are also key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly.
Preferred:
Experience selling to public safety or government sectors.
Knowledge of drone technology and its applications.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, Slack.
