Lockton is seeking an Account Executive - Employee Benefits to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading client management strategies and developing benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and retention, driving strategy planning processes, defining communication strategies, monitoring account expenses, and ensuring profitability. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to the service team, evaluate client data, and resolve escalated client service matters.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent years of experience.
- Typically more than 7 years of client services experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry.
Preferred:
- Understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
