Summary

About the Role
As an Accelerate Initiative Support, you will facilitate and project manage Accelerate initiatives, deliver coaching to operational teams, lead improvement projects, and ensure sustainability of Continuous Improvement projects. You will analyze production data, coordinate project delivery, and help operational teams create project scope documents, all while focusing on enhancing safety, efficiency, and morale.
About You
Required:
- Experience or education in IT systems commonly used in Operations and Management environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with various departments.
Preferred:
- Experience of deploying improvement projects and managing the process through to completion.
- Planning and organization skills with a willingness to meet deadlines.
