Summary
Interactive Kids is seeking an ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their School Consultation Team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role involves working 1:1 with students in public school settings to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and support their learning and development.
About the Role
As an ABA Therapist / RBT, you will work directly with students to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), support students with attention, transitions, communication, and behavior goals, and use ABA strategies like reinforcement and prompting. You will collect daily behavior and skill acquisition data, communicate with supervising BCBA and school staff, collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals, and travel between assigned districts across South Jersey, providing two evening in-home or community-based cases per week.
About You
Required:
- RBT certification or willingness to become certified.
- Previous ABA experience, ideally in school or pediatric settings.
Preferred:
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and supportive in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills with both adults and students.
- Organized and confident in tracking data and following clinical plans.
- Willingness to travel locally and work two evening sessions per week.
- Passion for working with kids and being part of a collaborative team.
