About the Role
As a 2nd Shift Preventative Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform minor repairs in building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting, assist in construction and maintenance of equipment, complete work orders, and maintain inventory of repair supplies. You will also develop knowledge of facility systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by state regulating agency to receive cannabis agent badge.
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance or similar position preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry.
- Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.
Preferred:
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
- Must pass any and all required pre-employment screenings.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
