- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Accounting, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Skilled in the use of standard software applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Valid Texas Drivers License and good driving record.
- Experience working in a government or administrative role.
- Familiarity with grant writing and program evaluation methodologies.
