About the Role
As the Director of GenAI Products, you will be responsible for developing and scaling the GenAI strategy, driving business transformation through automation, and leading cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with top talent to build impactful AI products, conduct market analysis, and establish key performance indicators for GenAI initiatives. Your role will also involve leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize the product lifecycle and ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- 9+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and scaling GenAI/AI-powered products.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI applications.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of experience as a product manager, ideally in consumer-facing, large-scale B2B/C products.
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Media.
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and digital accessibility best practices.
